Tablescape manufactures model scenery for use with 25-30mm figures. Some pieces, such as our range of modular hills, are suitable for use with other scales. We try to cater for a wide variety of eras from the early modern, through the present, and into the future. Some ranges are aimed at specific periods or geographical locations, but we have tried to design the models for potential wider use so our customers can get the most out of their purchases. Except where indicated, each piece is supplied hand painted and ready for use. The pictures in the catalogue pages are using models from our normal stock. They show the products as you will receive them. |
|
Our product is made from a rigid foam, which is strong, light and resilient. It has two distinct advantages over the more common resin and polystyrene models. It will not shatter if dropped and it is considerably lighter. This makes it longer lasting and easier to transport. |
|
We ensure our models are designed to accommodate the popular 25mm circular or square bases used by many of the major figure manufacturers and gamers. |

Tablescape is Closing Down We have to regretfully announce that Tablescape will be closing down at the end of March 2026. We would like to thank all of our customers for their support over the last two decades. We have limited stock available (see below), so if there are any items that you would like, we would encourage you to check the catalogue and order from us in the near future. There are a number of factors that have led to this decision. Our main raw material has increased in price by over 50% since 2020. This, along with the increases in other costs, will inevitably mean us having to raise our prices by a considerable amount now that our current supply is exhausted. We cannot see that this will not have an impact on our future sales. To get a cost effective unit price we have to purchase a quantity of raw materiial that will last us about three years. With the price increase this will require a considerable cash outlay, and we do not feel we want to make that commitment. There have also been an number of recent changes that impact on our ability to serve non-UK customers. These will make continued trading more difficult, expensive and time consuming. Finally, we are both now over the age of sixty. The prospect of a minimum of three, or indeed more, years of trading is unappealing, particularly the very early mornings that attending shows requires. We would both rather be in bed until a civilised hour instead. We would like to thank our customers once again for the interest they have shown in our products and hope that you will continue to enjoy them in the future. Chris and Peter.

Models Available From The Square The Square has acquired some of our products and will be making them available in the future at shows around the UK. The masters for the following models have been purchased. They will be produced them in standard hard resin rather than polyurethane foam. There is also no plan, at this time, to sell them painted. |

Dugout Range
Industrial Range
Urban Range
Mediterranean Range
City Wall Range
Included in the sale were some models and variants that we never put into production. The Square will be packaging the products in his own way, so they will probable not be available in the same configuration that we supplied them. Once moulds have been made and some stock built up it is hoped to have them available at Warfare 2025 (Farnborough, Hampshire) in November. The remaining master models from our ranges are available for purchase by anyone looking to acquire them. This includes the whole Middle Eastern range, the buildings from our best selling Mediterranean range, and anything not listed as passed over to The Square. Please contact us at crawshawrees@gmail.com for more details and pricing. |

We no longer have raw materials to cast new products. We do have a supply of stock that is available and we have updated the Catalogue pages for each range to reflect what is available for purchase. If a product is marked as "Not Available" then we cannot supply that item. This website does not show real time stock levels. As we only have limited stock available, we have marked some item with a number to indicate approximate stock levels. These will be updated as orders are processed, so there may be a delay in updating the number. Please be aware that this may mean that we will not be able to fulfill your order, and in that case we will refund your payment. |
|
Update As we are no longer attending shows we have decided to make available on the website our "Show Specials". These are hand made models that complement our other ranges. They can be found in our catalogue here. |
|
We have added two variety packs of cover pieces from our existing Industrial and Urban ranges. Rather than having to buy several of packs, each with three or four similar pieces, we are now offereing a mixture of items in a single pack. There are two different sets, Pack A and Pack B, the general contents of which are shown below. Each type of piece within the packs will be randomly selected from the variants availabe in the the parent packs. This means the exact models provided vary bewteen packs, but each pack will have the same general make up. Pack A will have 1 shipping container, 2 low stacks of cargo crate, 1 refuse skip, 1 small stack of barrels and 1 large stack of barrels. Pack B will have 1 shipping container, 1 tall stack of cargo crate, 1 refuse skip, 1 small stack of barrels and 1 large stack of barrels.
