City Walls

This range contains models to represent the defensive fortifications that were built to protect a cities in the Middle East, Central Asia and India. There are sections of walls, an Islamic inspired gateway, high towers and lower projecting bastions. They all have rounded crenulations and are constructed of regular stone blocks.

HICW006 - City Corner Tower This pack contains 1 city corner tower. The tower has a base at ground level of 135mm by 135mm, and it is 120mm high. HICW008 - City Wall Expansion This pack contains 2 tumbled down wall sections and 2 different sets of stairs. The tumbled down wall sections are slightly less than 80mm wide, 55mm deep and 95mm high at the highest point. The walkway is 35mm deep and stands 60mm above ground level. The stairs are designed to be the same height as the walkway of the straight wall sections. The first set are a straight flight 30mm wide, 60mm high and 85mm long. The second flight turn back on themselves with a landing midway. They are 60mm high, 60mm wide and 75mm long The other side of the pack can be seen here. This shows more views of the models. Here are the broken down section shown replacing a section of straight wall. HICW009 City Wall Bastion This pack contains 1 city wall bastion. This piece is 160mm wide, 190mm deep and 95mm high at the highest point. The walkway at the back is 35mm deep and stands 60mm above ground level, the same as the city wall sections. The bastion will project approximately 130mm in front of a line of city wall sections. The interior area of the bastion has a rectangle 115mm by 75mm adjacent to the walkway, and then a semi-circular area 115mm in diameter at the end. The interior area is at the same level as the walkway at the back. The total depth of the interior area is 170mm from the rear edge of the walkway to the apex of the semi-circular area.
