Middle Eastern/North African Range

This range contains models to represent structures built of adobe.  This ancient method of construction uses local sand, water, clay and fibrous organic matter to make bricks that are dried in the sun. The buildings are often rendered with the same material.

The items in this range are typical of those from the dryer, hotter parts of the world.  Ranging from North Africa, in the east, through to India, in the west, they are characterised by flat roofs and small windows.

HIMENA009 - Straight Walls

This pack contains 2 pieces 165mm long and 2 pieces 110mm long.  All Are approximately 20mm wide and 45mm high.

For the short and long pieces there are four variants of each.  A pack will contains a random selection of two long and two short pieces.

HIMENA010 - Wall Corners

This pack contains 4 pieces.  Each piece is "L" shaped with the long arm 110mm long and the short one 75mm long.  All Are approximately 20mm wide and 45mm high.

HIMENA011 - Wall Expansion

This pack contains an arch, gate and 2 tumbled down wall sections. The The gate and arch are 90mm wide, 30mm deep, and 80mm high.  The openings in both are 40mm wide and 60mm high.  The tumbled down sections are 20mm wide, 45mm high and approximately 85mm long.

The gate is a random selection from two designs, a round arch or a pointed gothic arch. Both sides of these can be seen here.
